Online Credit Card Purchase Return Policy

• Membership Dues

  There is no refund available when paying Membership Dues online with the use of your credit card.

• Conference Registration Fees

  ITSVA will provide a full refund of Conference Registration Fees if canceled ten (10) business days before the start of the conference. Any cancellations after the ten-day cancellation deadline will be forfeited; however the conference registration fees can be applied to a substitution registration fee.
